Have you ever tried to be completely honest with people?

It doesn't work out very well. We would all be a bunch of lonely people with no friends if we told the truth always.

You dont know how much I agree with you, seriously, you have no idea...
Most of the times I have been completely honest, people have either taken advantage or just stopped being so friendly.
Let truth always prevail? yeah that's cool, but it sucks sometimes...

I am always honest and it does get you into hot water sometimes but they will get over it, if not, it is their problem.

About the only acceptable lie is "the little white" one. Be honest with yourself and with others. But if you're asked, for example, "what do think of my new hair style" and it really doesn't look that great, try answering by asking "how do you like it?" or "it's certainly different". In other words, be diplomatic and don't hurt other people's feelings.

People dont want honesty. They want to hear that you agree with them.

I can't say I get lonely. I have best friends that I've known over 25 years! I stay too busy to really get lonely. I'm telling the truth. I only get on here to practice my spelling and grammar trying to polish my typing skills. This is purely entertainment for me. Are you getting the Christmas blues? I enjoy your questions and answers all the time! I think your a lovely individual.
