I feel so stressed a lot of times and can't sleep! Does anyone else feel this way?


I just lost my job for something I didn't do and I worry very easily about bills and we just rescued this puppy. I have all these little thing that Im worrying about? When I worry about stuff I can ever go to sleep. Does anyone else feel this way and what do you do?

no I really don't have family. I was mentally and pysically abused. my parent are not there for me. I have a few friends that are and a fiancee. but they are tired of hearing me stress.

sometimes things happen 4 a reason maybe god has something better instored for you and this was his only way of getting your attention. Now as for your sleeping take a tylonol p.m and get some good rest

I just breathe in and relax.. it's almost christmas. A time for family! They'll always be there for you!

Yes I get this way alot. I try to lay down a little ealy and put on some soft comforting music. Or drink a glass of warm milk (hey it works lol).

yeah i used to worry so much i'd get stomach pains that wouldn't go away and i couldn't sleep obviously. but i went to a psychiatrist cause i'm depressed and stuff so i got meds and i'm sleeping better well except for the past few days. good luck. cuddle the puppy that should relax you a bit.

I am a worrier and I have lost sleep stressing over little things but I have learned over the years that worring doesn't do any good and things will work out in the long run.

What might help you, is think back to the other things you have stressed about and how everything turned out. I bet you will discover that things turned out okay and it wasn't as bad has you thought.

Yes..i cant sleepwhen i have a whole lot on my mind..but i tell myself that i need that good night's sleep. All my problems will still be there for me the next day...i am not doing any good by not sleeping or stressing. Slowly i work things out.
Like you..try working things out one at a time..but your health is the most important.

Firstly..start with the simple stuff..the puppy for instance...can you get it a new home..ask around..write out flyers..paste it about your neighbourhood...

Secondly..update your resume..slowly start from these..you'll see..things will come around...
