I am 18. When I was younger I did want to be older. Now I appreciate every year a little more and understand that life is really short.

when i was little i wanted to be grown up, i still want to be a little more grown up so i can have kids :O) but i hope that time doesn't go too fast because i know i will regret being older when my kids are grown up lol

In a way, I would love to be younger...I miss those carefree days. I just turned 18, and since I work in retail and am no longer a part of the child labor laws, they keep me there at all hours which is insane at times. And I think that everyone wishes they were older when they were younger because they hear about the many "privileges" that older people supposedly have. Not so true in my opinion...

Only for the fist 16 or 17 years did I ever want to be older. And now, being old myself, I just can't imagine ever wanting to be young again. Made too many mistakes, and I know I'd do them over again.

Besides, playing with my Grandson is a lot more fun than the stupid stuff I did as a young man.

Now I would like to be a PA (physicians assistant).
When I was younger I wanted to train Shamu (the killer whale); although that job still sounds like a lot of fun.
I've pretty much always embraced the age that I was; however, I'm still tried of people assuming I'm younger because of the way a look (baby face with a jeans and t-shirt look).

I have never wanted to be older apart from when I was under 16 and wanted to get into the cinema for the A films. I am now retired and enjoying life to the full playing golf, tennis, walking, eating out, holidays where and when I want to take them. I would like to be younger but still have the time and money to enjoy life a little more than I did. Also when very young, say about 20, I would have liked the knowledge of all things then that I have now.
