Why does she hate me so much!?

There is this girl I used to go to school with two (almost 3) years ago and ever since I came there she has hated me and spread rumors about me and done anything she can to hurt me ( not physically but I'm sure she wouldn't hold back) and I don't know why she hates me so much! do any of you have any ideas?
In the very beginning of 2005 her boyfriend of on and off for about the past 3 years was flirting with me and I liked him so I kinda flirted back but they weren't even dating and he was always trying to impress me and everything and she just hates me! It's not like i was messing around with him when there were together--I didn't even mess around with him when they weren't together! I just talked to him!
But anyway do you know why she hates me so much?
Also she constantly showing off and acting like she is richer or more popular or more whatever then she really is and she has always called me fat because she doesn't eat and she's latino so she is pretty and she has really thin

legs and she;s always made fun of me and said my legs were fat and I was never good enough to hang out with her or her friends and she would constantly give me these looks! What's witht his girl?

Some girls are just rude.

Others are rude because they're jealous.

In my opinion she's jealous so simply take what she says for all it's worth- NOTHING AT ALL.

It's high school right? it doesn't really matter in the end. you'll go off to college and she'll be ringing up your total at the local store.haaa. that's what happened to the mean girl at my high school oh she also has a child and the father refuses to admit it's his. Not saying that's okay but she kinda deserved it, feel sorry for the child though.

Right?

She's immature.
It also sounds like she has low self-esteem. She's putting you down in order to build herself up.

That girl must be insane, just ignore her.

Maybe she's just being truthful and ppl need to respect her right to have a opinion
