After this explanation, i would like to tell that Thank you , Congratulation & I love you is easy yo say.Because they are positive words and they don't peoples feeling.

I hate you is the most hard word to say because it is a hard word to accept by people. Sorry is one of hard word for you to say

I hate you would be really tough to say to someone, all the rest of the options are very easy to say though, for me.

I'm not sure why I would need to tell someone that I hate them. To tell someone that you don't love them would probably be hard. Most things are easy to say if you mean what you're saying though it can be hard to say, I was wrong or I'm sorry................or I'm sorry for your loss...
