No not really. I have been to hypnotherapy and it's not what people think it is. The therapist asks you to close your eyes, relax, take deep breaths etc. Your in control the whole time, completely aware of what is going on and you can come out of it any time. The idea is to get you relaxed, half asleep so that they can talk to your subconscious.

No I wouldnt like to learn that...it would be too tempting to misuse...Look into my eyes, not around the eyes, but into the eyes....when I click my fingers you will give me all your money...aaaaaand....wake!
