for me to have a nap ? Its 10.15 am UK , i have been up since 6.30am and my eyes are heavy .. should i grab some ZZZzz ?

i was i since sunday 12:30, i have slept yet, i spent the last day doing course work and i really want to sleep but i cant cuz if do im not gonna make the dealine. so yes get some sleep if u want to!
