How does a simple person ?

they realise you gotta live it up...cos reality is, your life can be over, just like that. so it's an excuse to live it up and enjoy yourself to the fullest. and drama CAN be fun!!! aren't we lucky, seriously? life is magical :D :D :D

I don't think they would Simply notice the difference.

They would probably not know how to react because they are not used to complexities. Maybe they would become very vulnerable

They won't really know how to react... and probably distance themselves from that person until they come up with a solution...
