you have to do to get yourself goin in the morining??

Are there any special things you do or do you just have a cup of coffee and thenbe on your way??

Usually I'm pretty active in the morning with a cup of tea I do excercise as well bike riding and walking in particular.

I need a cold shower to waken me up in the morning

a HUGE stretch and a shower normally works for me
followed by a bit of toast :)

Making battle plans.

1st turn off alarm
2nd hug and kiss my husband (spend some time if i have the time)
3rd toilet
4th long glass of tap water and a cigarette sitting outside looking out at the world and the weather.

then i'm awake and ready to roll.

I get up early enough to have coffe and then take a 30 minute walk

I wake up, look at the time, roll over and have a snooze. Wake up, look at the time, stretch, look at the time. Wish it was Saturday, look at the time, sit up, look at the time and swear. Get in the shower. Get out, get dressed. Look at the time. Swear. Dash out the door 10 minutes late. Wish it was Saturday.

1 or 2 cups of coffee with milk, some cereals with milk, fruits (at least 1 banana) and watch the morning news (last one is not a must, only if I can).

Important: coffee must be STRONG! Not the American style coffee, way to weak... (I'm Dutch!!!)

Shower and breakfast,if I'm fresh and fed I'm up for anything!

I need to set my alarm clock wayy on the dresser so i need to get up to shut it off, then i go take a 15 min shower, Have to have Orange Juice or cant do anything at all! then i just watch the today show then leave at like 7:30 Snow Day so i am here! Even though I got up at 4:45 o yeah i need to get up at that time too.
