According to importance i'll say; honesty, intact morals, loyalty, humor, good hygiene, minty fresh breath (goes with hygiene),sexual appetite, hot body and face, wealth., own skyscraper. The most important one, which you don't mention, i would say is compatibility.

Well honesty is a must, and so is loyalty i believe they are the foundations in a relationship. Have their morals intact yes. Good hygiene always nice. If someone can make you laugh that good to but not essential. Wealth means different thing to different people but if you mean money, then always a bonus but not important.
