How many of you read the added details, i've noticed that some people answer just on the question, do you?

sometimes the answer is completely wrong because they don't read it question in it's entirerity

No, I read the question. How would I answer if I don't read the question, and I won't answer a question if I don't know the answer. And hey this is different answer and WRONG! lol

OKAY FOR SHORT I read the question ONLY! but if the added details are long and pointless,better leave the question and jump to another

i usuall have a read of the details although then again if the detail are really long then i scan them

I have noticed that too. Sometimes just mentioning a hot subject is enough to get you blamed for being in favour of whatever the subject is.

I always read the whole question.I like to add some things just to try to help more,that's how I'd want people to answer my questions.:)

I believe the details are very important , but some times they are too long , then I try to read if the subject is interested to me

i read the details if they are there when i answer.
sometimes a person will add details later when they realize people are misunderstanding the question.

i read the question,answer it,then go back and see if there are added details i will then edit my answer accordingly
