Wouldn't it be great if the whole town just shut down for the day instead of just the schools?

when there's a foot of snow on the ground? Do they not care about the well being of adults?
I mean, what about people who use the schools as their daytime babysitters? I guess if u lock the kids in their rooms and visit on lunch they'll be OK, but wouldn't it be better to just let us all stay home all snug in our beds?

I think that should be a law...then everybody can just stay in with out worrying about what they will do to get to work, or finding a babysitter. If they know a storm is coming, they need to stock up on stuff and just stay in. That way everything can stay closed.

anyways, my company is pretty generous about this type of stuff. we are allotted 40 sick days per year that we can use pretty much however we want.
