I have teenagers and they have their own guns for hunting. My husband has lots of guns. We have a gun cabinet.

I own around 50 guns - never bought one for protection, but they all would work in a pinch. Yes, I do have children who were taught about guns from about birth. They are (the guns not the kids) locked in gun cabinets. You teach kids young about guns and it takes the 'wonder' out of it. They wont be sneaking them to figure it out on there own. Oh, and yes they are 8 and 9 years old and both have their own .22 rifles.

No guns. I won't allow guns in the house while the kids are this small. I am not a hunter (but more power to those that are). When my kids are older and responsible, I may change my mind but until then there won't be any in my house.
