In stressful situations, are you more inclined to fight, flight or freeze?

What are the exceptions to your answer?

get out of there... stress isnt healthy so i dont like dealing with it


if it was a serious matter such as family or life/death I would try to help the situation anyway I could, and not necessarily take "flight" (my own personal preference)

i will run from nothing and when needed i put up my fists and if thats not enough i bring out my big gun

Usually fight. I am usually really good under pressure or stress. I worked in a police job and had to be. The only time I would lose it if it involved my dog or an animal. Then I just freakout, I love animals and I can not deal with them being in trouble or hurt.

Im a fighter and then later freeze, lol.
I rush to help, I go into overdrive and then after the event, sit down and think...OH MY GOD!!!

I'm one to fight. But if the battle isn't worth fighting, I'll just walk away.

stress or not, I do what I have to do; whether it's kicking ash or disappearing, you gotta do what you gotta do.
