Our party was over the weekend. We do not get a Bonus, but I got an envelope with an extremely nice gift. I could not speak!!! (For Tina that is something!!! hahahahaha)

$150 extra on my check and I have only been with them for a couple of months. The other girl got about $500. Shes been here for about 6 years now.

We usually get a bonus on the last Friday before Christmas, too late for shopping so it just pays on my credit card that I loaded up last weekend.

I work at a non-profit (always have for like 15 years) and this is the only one that gives us bonuses, but it depends on the budget from year to year, and even then it's only $100 but I'LL TAKE IT!

Technically, no. But I am the janitor at a church/preschool, with both of my children enrolled there. The preschool director gave us two months of no tuition (very costly) as a Christmas gift. I was totally floored by that.
