When I was growing up we always had Christmas parties at my parents. The year I turned 14 things got out of hand and a few of my aunt's husband's relatives got drunk. It was very disturbing.

My father is conservative and when the party ended that night he sat me down and he said.

People never forget the face of a drunk woman. And he's right. I can still remember their faces, and to this day my parents don't invite them to their house.

Now I am not saying I am a saint because I am far from. I've had drinks before but I've never been drunk in a crowd. It's just gross.
