Why do those who send you violation notices never respond to your e-mails?

Are they cowards or what? They like to hide, don't they? I think they're just a bunch of losers. What about you? I just get so sick of being reported for stupid things.

I definitely agree with you. I got a report last month without any reason why, lost 10 points, send mail to Customer Care for the reason and 10 points back, and never got any respond back...
Actually I don't really care about my deleted question, not really important, and getting 10 points back is pretty easy (by answering 5 more questions).

Here are few things you can do, although it is NOT guaranteed you'll get the reason for report, or 10 points back.

1) You can post your appeal here: http://messages.answers.yahoo.com/answer...
The people will read your question (has to be about appealing violation) and will comment and give reason for your violation. If you're LUCKY enough, the Yahoo! Answers Team will even review your question. If it's not violating anything, you'll get your 10 points back, otherwise, he/she will explain what's wrong.

2) Send a message to the Customer Care about your violation. Just email them at answers-abuse@cc.yahoo-inc.com

Well.... That's all I can think of... Sorry you got a violation message without any reason; it happen to most people. If all above fails, just answer 5 questions and you'll be up 10 points! =D

Oh, to answer your question, I do not know why the Customer Care doesn't respond to your mail. Either they are too busy/lazy/crazy, or they forgot to read your mail.
