A Music Note Grapher??? HELP!?

Is there something that will automaticly record music and the change it into notes for me? Like I sing into a mic and the computer take it and graphs it onto music sheets. If there is where can I get it? Please I need help ASAP.

I had seen that on t.v. but a person was playing an instrument and was not singing.Let me see if i can find it again.
