Does anyone know the name of this group and who the members are?

I'm clueless as to the year and have no other info to help. :(

Im pretty sure that that's Smokey Robinson and the Miracles. When they first started Smokey's wife was part of the group. But the more famous they got the less you saw of her. You could still her in some recordings but she's just like part of the background.

Dang!-- they look really familiar, but I can't place the faces... could that possibly be a young Smokey Robinson, there, on the far left? (Was he in a co-ed group, before he sang w/ the Miracles?)

It's NOT Gladys Knight, and the Pips, right? (It doesn't look like Gladys-- and I have no idea what the Pips look like, plus I think there's too few of them, to be the Pips-- but it's the only co-ed R&B group that springs to mind...)
