Hit Single BED Was Suppose To Be Sang By CHRIS BROWN?

man, i just found out about this. im so late. so basicly the dream (song writer) was suppose to give the song to chris brown but he gave it to J. Holiday instead. my guess is because he thought it would look bad outside the hip hop community if they see a kid in high school singing about putting a girl to bed. i dont know. BUT IMAGINE if chris brown DID sing the song bed. i can imagine it right now! that would be so cool. like the song bed sang by j holiday is great. but i think it would be much more of a hit and would still be playin on radio right NOW 12/4/07 regardless if the song is old IF it was sang by chris brown. WHAT do YOU think about chris brown singing bed? i thought he would like go to the studio and recorded and sing it anyways since he was bugging out about how he didnt get to use it as a single. but sadly there isnt any recordings of chris brown singing bed.

Yeah, one of my sisters friends told me the same thing a couple of weeks ago. But to be honest, I cannot see Chris Brown singing this song. I still view him as a young adult and although J. Holiday isn't that much older, I don't think that I would have liked the song as much. I mean I absolutely love that song and I think that they picked the right person to sing it. Unfortunately, when you come into the entertainment industry at a young age, most people will have a hard time letting them "grow up" and that song sounds much to mature for someone who is 18. I feel the same way about Bow Wow, I think it will be a hard transition for listeners when he starts to talk about more adult content or even when he starts to use vulgarities.

According to the song "Thank You" in his debut album, I think Chris Brown is a Christian. Maybe, that's why there's some limitation of the lyrics for his songs...maybe not...

That song wld hav been a way bigger mainstream hit if chris brown sung it instead of da newcomer..but..I don't think it wld hav sounded as good. J.holidays,sexy,soulful,manly voice suits da song perfectly!

I think that song was suited perfectly for J. Holiday. He has a very subtle and easy- going voice and the song was perfect for him. I'm not sure if I would have like it too much of Chris Brown had sang it but he is also very talented.
