Who is the artist or group that sung a popular 1980s song called "So Fine" (I think)?

I'm not sure if So Fine is the title. But the main lyric had so fine in it. "Oooh so fine...so fine, blow my mind" "The way you strut your stuff across the floor...."

Maybe it was the early 90s.

The original "So Fine" was done by the Falcons in 1959, but that's probably not what you want.

If the song is slow, then it could be MINT CONDITION. HOWEVER, there are two different versions of the same song, by the same artist.
If it is uptempo, it could be THE WHISPERS. They had a song that starts off the same way. It came out in the mid to late 80's.
