I really really like this song. It doesn't have much in terms of lyrics but Keri Hilson and Timbaland always produce music with phat beats.

I wouldnt say its the best song on his album as i like "The way i are" better
My best song on Shock value is "Fantasy" ft Money!
So ill give "Scream 4/5. :) Yea not all people listen to all the song's on an album but how cant you when it's Timbaland's?! ...since i read this post i listened alot more to "Scream" on the bus and that and im hooked even more! so thanks ;)
