When I'm mad I listen to Gospel music to calm me down. But I sing it at the top of my lungs until the anger subsides.

thats a good qouestion cause when im amd i seem to pull out all the music i own and i actually play every genre until i feel better and i cut off the stereo sounds crazy but it works go through a variety of it
