Help with an old school (70's or 80's)?

It sounds more like a 70's song, but it could be 80's also. I can only remember the chours going something like "walking down the street, watching ladies, go by watching you." It's buy a guy. Snoop Dogg uses the melodie for the song I am referring to for his chrous in Gin and Juice. )Rollin down the street, smoking....."
