Looking for cheap clarinet?

I would guess you're in the UK. Check out thomannmusic.de. They are a great mail order business in Germany who ships to England. You can also try ebay.co.uk. Best luck.

You can try ebay. Just make sure you get one that is good enough to enjoy. Don't go for the very cheapest brand or the cheapest model within a brand. That always turns out to be a big mistake and a waste of money.

Check with an instrument repairer. Here in the states I know one who has many school students instruments (kids who play a while but give up after they graduate) and he sells good rebuilt ones for around $200.00US, which is much less than new.

If you're a member of Freecycle (www.freecycle.org), you might find one listed, or you can ask for one.

Also, you could find one for free or cheap on Craigslist.

I often find clarinets for $50USD in my local paper, you might look there also.

I suppose worst case scenario,you could check out eBay.
