Anyone feel sad about Ike Turners death?

I don't want to say anything bad or good about him because I didn't know him personally. Just wanted feed back about him from the public.

Yeah its bad that he was that old and still couldn't stop doing cocaine. They said he died of an overdose. All I know about him is that he was a perfectionist, a singer, and an abuser to well known Tina Turner!! He is still the father of her children! So someone is hurting, just not me. I'm still trying to deal with the death of my own father!!<3

Its always sad for someone out there when someone dies, but personally I know nothing about him except that he was an abuser. Still that don't bring happiness because hes gone. Someone misses him and is hurting!

I know what he did with tina was dead wrong! And the whole cocaine thing was bad, but we have to forgive those that have gone wrong, I mean the man was only human and no one is perfect in this world!

not really sad because I did not know him, but just knowing he is at rest is enough for me.

As for slapping his lass..He denied he'd ever done such a thing

It is sad. He is a legend. All we know of his relationship with Tina is her side. We never heard his side.

I'm sure those close to him are sad.

I cant say that im glad he's dead cause i dont know him personally but i can say that he put Tina Turner thru hell when they were together so he's better at peace he's resting now R. I.P. Ike.

I'm not sad, just glad that guy is rested now and not having to deal with anymore damage in his life. He did tina wrong but I was not there when all of that stuff happened so I will not pass judgement on him.

YEAH DEATH IS ALWAYS A SAD THING ,BUT NOT ALL THE THINGS HE DID TO TINA IN THE PAST BUT OTHERWISE YES.

It's sad when anybody dies... But all I know is that I will remember him for the woman beater and druggie that he was.

Turner who? People die every day, it just depends on how well you knew him or how close to the person you felt.
