Musical beds to talk over.?

Does anyone know where I can obtain royalty free musical beds to talk over whilst on radio? Also if anyone fancies sending me some voice over clips of their own voice free of charge let me know (American and English accents only pls). Thanks

You buy the music from companies like TM Century or Jones Radio and etc.

For sound effects to use in commercial production, I just search findsounds.com.

As far as voices, I'll need a script...and a pay check. That's how it works.
