Why does my digital radio say "Welcome to digital radio" then can't find a signal, all stations show a ? mark

It has been working fine and is only 1 year old

sounds like it is either broken or something is blocking the signal

Check the manufacturer's website for tech FAQs. Sounds as if you have an antenna problem. Contact the tech folks and they'll walk you through it.
