An IP address is necessary to access the web. Whether static or dynamic, ya can't get along without one. If you are not on a LAN, you might have a dynamic IP (one that changes each time you sign on). Otherwise you'll have a static IP - it's the same every time and it helps the undercover internet radio poe-leece catch you if you're up to no-good ;<)

If your IP is keeping you from using certain sites, there's a reason and just your question demonstrates you're not qualified to try to work around it - so be cool, there's other places to get music. Try these. Some may work for you others won't.
