Can I use the Sirius Stiletto on an airplane?

I was wondering if the Sirius Stiletto is airplane safe: In other words:
1. It has an airplane setting so that it doesn't disrupt the flight like cell phones can.
2. It picks up a good signal on an airplane

Anything else you can tell me to be aware of with the Stiletto would be helpful.

I have an INNO, which is the same, but is for XM. You are allowed to use it but not in transmit mode. In other words you can listen to you mp3s and saved content, but not the satellite transmits.

Sounds like a question for Sirius customer service.
