Question about my Sirius Radio>>>>>>>>>>?

I love SIRIUS Radio. I been a proud owner for over 3 years now!! I have 2 questions about it though.......
1). How long has SIRUS Radio been around ??
2). THE MORE IMPORTANT QUESTION: I love the totally 70s channel. One of the DJs at totally 70s is J. J. Walker.....Now im confused......Is he the same J. J. From good times??? Basically, is J. J. Walker on Sirius and Jimmie "J. J." Walker from good times the same guy??? Thanks everyone!!

although the "JJ" your referring to is in radio http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jimmie_Walk... this is not the same one on totally 70's on sirius. http://www.sirius.com/totally70s
