How can I listen to online radio at work?

Our IT Department blocks "streaming music/video" so I cannot get into my XM online account, or online radio stations, yahoo music, etc. Also, the way our building is my portable xm cannot even get reception. Is there anything I can do? Any thoughts or tips?

My question would be how they block it to know how to get around it.... As some people's jobs require some form of streaming (that and the boss man needs the ability to see ah...let's not go there)

But anyhow, most will either ban on going over a certain amount of bandwidth, not allowing a audio codec to come thru or more than usual, just banning the websites that most would stream (such as XM)

You can take hostages at your workplace and not release them until your demands are met.
