Supposedly they paid off a set of real Bloods to claim it...and there was also something about how Southside New Orleans people gangsters wear red and and Northside wear blue. (I might have that backwards though, and Southside wears blue..I've heard New Orleans gangs go by on a Ward by Ward basis though also.)
