How can i get my favorite singer sing at my 15ths?

im throwing this party this august and well i want my fav singer "*****" to sing at my party i dont kow how to tell him or how to get his number what should i do i have 8th months to do some help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does he have a Myspace? If so, ask him how much to play your party! If no myspace, I'm sure that he has SOME sort of website.
