Question for DJ's?

is there a program that help find if to different songs are compatible to be mixed.like a mixing a song with a different instrumental.mabey something that could find like songs with simular bpm or something like that.it is really really hard to find songs that u can mix together and even sound half decent...and some DJ's do this like it is nothing.there has to be a program to make it atleast a little easyer

i use "mixcraft" i take acapellas from one song and add it to an instrumental from another song, then i combine them together.

just search on yahoo "mixcraft, or free mixcraft download"

there is no program you have to buy a mixer, and you can get any songs, and download at limewire.com

Beatmiester. but you know i come from the old school. i started when i was 10 years old back in 82 and never have used a software based program..practice everyday and you will become real good bro, dont be like all the other new djs where they sit and let the song mix for them...be real

nothing about finding songs that are compatible, but a BPM counter will get you to a better place. Beats Per Minute is a way DJ's mix records. a 124bpm record and 126bpm record can be mixed very easily. A quick +/- 2 on the pitch of songs to get the bpm's the same, then a mix can commence. MixMeister has a good free program.
