don't you think that he so over rated that people will still buy his albums even if its whack, i mean he's just not as good as he used to be and he should of stayed retired now that his music sucks in my opinion?

no you sick, jay z is still one of the best rappers out there. if you dont like him anymore its cause he is too deep for you. you just dont understand him. you gotta listen to what he really says. he has said some of the greatest things i have ever heard. no matter what you think hova, jay z, what ever you want to call him is the ****, always will be. well thats my opinion

jay-z is a veteran. hes been around a hell of a long time and he is not going anywhere. he is one of the top lyricist in rap. his lyrics and music is just to real, deep, and actual hip hop for you all

umm, he's only had ONE bad album, we all know its Kingdom Come, he's not overrated either, I think he's respected and idolized just as much as he's lived up to, he comes hard on every album he makes (even Kingdom Come it was just a mistake the way he chose to do it) and he's one of the best, realest rappers out there right now, plus not many rappers have been considered one the best for 20 years like Jay has been (sorry LL) and is still on his grind...

What's really hot right now is Jeezy, Wayne, Rick R, T.I., etc. I kinda scared lol the south is seriously taking over.

Dance songs and songs made out of one hook are wack as hell though.
