whats the "stan" [obsessed fans] sorta like hes writing to himself as a fan, the "cleaning out my closet" [appologising to his mom] sort of actually like he hates her at teh same time and wants to kill her, and the song with hailey (not mocking bird) [seems like hes got a buisy life] i know that they all have to do with kim, his mom, or hailey so when you tie it all together is supposed to make his life story [of corse with alllll the other sad songs he made] so what IS his life story consipacy? I LOVE EMINEM!!!!
yea stan was based on an actual fan... "Stanley Mitchell" who commited suicide and killed his girlfriend by driving his car off a bridge with his girlfriend in the trunk of his car on March 23 1999. after this he decided to address his fans and to let them know that all of his songs aren't literal probably in hopes of this not being reoccurring in any of his other fans.
Cleaning Out My Closet was not 'really' an apology to his mom... it was more like mocking. its basically him coming to terms with the fact that he'll never be able to satisfy her. she mentally abused him, physically abused him... and he's, for lack of words, 'getting it off his chest'
Hailey's Song- simply put... shes the light at the end of the tunnel. majority of the time he has this chip on his shoulder but with her it all feels right... she's genuine and practically the one person who hasen't hurt him or let him down
MOST of his songs are about actual life. his albums like a oral journal/diary...
