The most underrated albums from the goldyn era neglected by even the realist hip-hop heads?

The first 2 albums by the Jungle Brothers:
Straight Out the Jungle, and Done by the Forces of Nature

With people like Rakim and Kool G Rap tearing up the scene, it was easy to overlook serious talent because everybody was so focused on deciphering Rakim's words on "Lyrics of Fury."

As a result, alot of people forget about the Jungle Brothers. Most important reason why they are overlooked though - De La Soul released their first album only months after Jungle Brothers released their own. JB's first album laid the foundation for the Native Tongues Posse, as they were the backpackers long before De La. People forget about their awesome debuts because as soon as their album came out, another one of equal brilliance was released by either De La or ATCQ.

Jungle Brothers was there before, but their classic albums are sadly overlooked because of the other great artists releasing music around their same time frame. Had JB released their music 10 years later....

Most of the Boot Camp albums. If you ask any Hip Hop head they'll tell you it's hot, but yet they fail to mention them whenever we talk about that era. I also think (now this is just my personal opinion) that Del's second album No Need for Alarm was slept on. That album was FIYAH!!!
