Did you know Master P's gold fish tank is now on display at the Smithsonian Museum in Washington DC?

I hate to appear really stupid but I live an alternative lifestyle and I can't recall anybody who is known as Master P. May I ask who He is? Thank you for that little bit of information. And what's so special about His fish tank that the Smithsonian wanted it?
