ANTM Fans-was it obvious to you?

Last night, when they showed the Cover Girl ad, I KNEW who the winner was going to be. Saleshia was the obvious star fo the ad while the other girls seemed to be "window dressing".

So, I was wondering if anyone else had that thought?

Oh, I was pulling for Chantal, I think we are due for another Christie Brinkley type model again. Just my two cents-lol.

It was kinda obvious, but even more so after they cut Jenah. I love Chantal, but I don't think she could have been top model. I'd still prefer her over Saleisha though!
I hated Cycle 9's finale.

As soon as Chantal tripped that person on stilts I knew.

Which, by the way, I rewinded 5 times on my DVR just to watch it again. It was great.

I was pulling for Chantal. I think Saleshia is quite unattractive. Especially with that horrid haircut.

Oh, totally! My friend and I noticed that right away!! Add to that, the fact that Saleisha was babied through the Cover Girl commercial while I felt they picked on Jenah (who had the same amount of bad takes as Saleisha did!)! Plus, she was given the easier dresses to walk in, in the fashion show. Chantal was given the stiffer, tighter dresses with the long complicated trains and Saleisha's dresses were all roomy or short! This season was a major rigged joke.

It was obvious on the run way she(chantel) killed it she dint walk "fierce". I hated it I dint want Salisha to win AT ALL. Oh yeah Also the very fact that Salisha was in Tyras TZONE camp thing..that made Salisha a shoe in. Its the perfect publicity for Tyras Tzone ...girl goes to Tzone, girl wins ANTM....what a surprise. Now everyone and there mama want to go to Tzones...what does that mean to Tyra..........Chaching $$$$$$
You know y the show felt weird cuz Tyra is as fake as Salisha and the more shows there is the Faker Tyra becomes she doesnt care about those girls she ust cares about the money shes making off the show.
I really liked tyra at first but I see her true colors now..and What the hell she thinks shes a shrink now ...PLEASE..Shut up and Model.


I wanted Heather to win.

To tell you the truth, I was all around disappointed with the whole season. And I couldn't believe Tiara asked Chantal if she forgot she tripped that performer, ya right like someone would forget something like that. I was hoping Chantal would win, but to tell you the truth from the beginning I wanted Heather. Hope she makes it!!!

Honestly, Jenah was my favorite. Throughout the episode, I knew that she wasn't going to win, because Saleisha and Chantal were doing better than her. However after the judging panel, when they finally thought they had seen "the real Jenah" I thought she was at least going to be in the top 2, especially because it's a MODELING competition and she had the best pictures! After she went I think it was easy to guess that Saleisha would win.

But I do agree with the Saleisha conspiracy-theory person. The easier dresses on the runway...the T-Zone camp... I really do hope that it wasn't rigged!

I wanted Saleisha to win because the last photo shoot with Tyra and the runway walk were AWSOME. She really pulled herself tight in the end. She was already good, but she just tightened it up at the end. Chantal was ok.... but she messed up on the runway by being so stiff.. ..... I was yearning for more when she walked.

Yes the Cover Girl ad confirmed it - Jenah was hardly pictured through it and they finished it with Saleisha's mushroom head. Sad.

I knew Saleisha was going to win right when the competition began because a big rumor went out that she won - and each episode it seemed more clear to me.

Something that really bothered me was how the photographers totally adored Saleisha and were rooting for her - in previous cycles they didn't care about the girls and just took the pictures. It felt weird when they said nothing to Chantal or Jenah and then raved over Saleisha.

I had hope Chantal would pull it out but after the dreadful runway walk and her ultra long dresses (note that Saleisha got short dresses that allowed her to truly strut), I knew there was no way.

The whole finale was very rushed through - they didn't review all the girls' pictures, they didn't reshow the Cover Girl shots - in general, it wasn't very good. The whole season was strange - there was an unusual energy about and I almost feel like Tyra is bored with the series but has a renewed contract so now she's just busting out the most commercial cycles she can possibly muster.

I thought this season was a little boring. I missed a lot of episodes because none of the girls were all that interesting. Maybe I'm just tired of ANTM period.

It was. If she didnt win I would have been very surprised. I liked her from the begining and after Lisa got the boot I was rooting for her.

Sugar Baby and quinner_64 have it right. The whole season felt strange and weird. Their didn't seem to be a lot of energy. It was actually the most disappointing season I ever watched! It seemed boring and without the vitality it usually has. I didn't think any of the girls were particularly stunning or really stood out to me.
And I do think Saleisha had the whole "clean Cover Girl" look going for her, but high fashion she is not. She's "cute" but not a Top Model. I really don't think any of them had it that much to be honest.
And I have another question, I'm not exactly the fashion guru so tell me, WAS THAT HAIRCUT ON SALEISHA REALLY "HIP" OR "IN" BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS THE MOST HORRID BOWL-HEADED STYLE THEY HAVE EVER GIVEN ANY GIRL EVER?!?! JUST EW EW EW, it did nothing for her.

I liked Heather, she definitely had a "look" that was beautiful and unique. HEL-LO ANTM judges, there was a reason why the people chose her as our cover girl of the week I believe for every week she was on the show!
