Do any intelligent people watch "The Hills"? |
I don't know of any. I saw one episode, and Jesus that was 30 minutes I'll never get back. I mean why do people watch this? It's boring, staged, fake, and that Lauren girl tries soo hard to be the victim in every situation. Great role model for girls. All the characters care about is brand name clothes, materials, and mojitos. What's with this show? i dont think so I know! I've tried to watch it but can't figure out what in the heck they are saying. that and desperate houswives Sadly, I think only kids who are younger than the ones on the show are the ones who watch. i love that show You may hate it, and I know I can't stand it, but my girlfriend and her friends are crazy about it. The show is getting some of the biggest ratings in cable tv history. Hate it or not, the show and shows like it will be around as long as cable networks like mtv are willing to air them. personally I think Lauren is a good example for young adults. I would rather have my daughter watching a show about a girl who has a job and is following her dreams and looking for one boyfriend than watching the simple life with 2 tramps. Great escape Well what do you expect with people who were brought up in Laguna Beach. (almost) everyone there cares about designer clothes, and partying. I'd like to know how and where they get the funds for the lifestyle they lead. The show is not scripted, but way too many commercials!! Every 5 minutes there's 3 minutes of commercials!! |

well i posted a similar question the other day i think the whole show this yr had Tyra biased towards Saleisha because they had a previous relationship and Saleisha had previous modelling experienc... I saw the first two episodes of this season and couldn't watch anymore. You can old watch old chicks spending money and acting like kids for so long before it gets boring. ...Dani!! What kind of show would it be if she was like any other show, and picked a guy. It would be just like the usual straight couple. Oh, and notice, Tila has said I love you to dani, and not bob... I must agree! I think these people making the remarks are quite sick! Anyone would think they were the first Brother & Sister Act that had ever sung a love song on TV!!!! What about > The ... OMG....you saw the same one that I saw. I'm like you, i can usually watch stuff like that but that really made my flesh crawl. I got scared but I plan on watching more episodes.....it... I actually laughed out loud and I never do that when watching television! She was brave though, I would never get on a skateboard like that! ...Buddha would be the obvious choice, because the chemistry is so visible (did you all catch when he whispered to her to call him daddy, and she did??) - then again Chance was the obvious choice last... I really liked cycle 7 - the "corpse brides" were pretty cool, better to me than the others...I wasn't too thrilled with the one last night. ... |
