Diva springs to mind poor Dermot he has them screaming down his ear get on with it get them to hurry up and so on.
He has done a good job with a human touch and not robotic like Katie. He was upset for Bev and so he should be we all were.

She's a diva and in her world she is listened to and adored, she's bringing in big bucks but no Dermot was right to stop her he's got a show to do too.
