Who thinks X Factor winners song is boring this year?

In the early rounds, when trying to qualify,when contestants are copying a well known recording, or using someone else's efforts as a template,it is ok to compare and judge them on what was successful. Once qualified for further consideration,I think the talents of new songwriters and musicians should be aired,and new material only (un-recorded and unpublished) could be performed by that weeks contestants.People could vote for their favourite Singer,promoting an original piece of work.At the present time,most of these shows are personality and appearance based,and it would be fairer if the lights were turned out and we judged the voices only, and not how fat,short,old, goofy and frumpy these "Artistes" are.I'm sure Britain has got talent,
but new Wordsmiths and Tunesmiths need to collaborate to rejuvenate a hackneyed system.
