Leon winning X Factor.....How?

Do you think it was a fix or just bad luck on Rhydians behalf. Rhydian should have won. I was so gutted. So what do you think, fix or bad luck

one more thing, leon had so many bum notes it was unbelievable yet Rhydian had none. in my opinion leon just cannot sing

Yeah you make some good points. I dont think it was a fix I just think leon is more of a fan favourite to be honest, it clearly wasn't judged on voice. Rhydian has a good voice and no doubt he will release an aldum, alot of people who come second such as Gareth Gates have albums if not that then we will surly go on to do opera and theatre.

I personally hate X factor, apart from the early round which are hilarious (the rubbish people) I just find it kinda boring though having said this I did like the earlier X factor and Pop idol back a few years ago. Oh well.

Rhydian should of walked the X Factor last night. It was certainly a fix all the way. I tried constantly to get through on Rhydian's vote line, but it was engaged all the time.

now leon has a good voice........but he is nothing compared to rhydian... mark my words....... rhydian will go on to have a big singing career...leon will not.

Leon improved so much...Rhydian is a true star....they both deserved to win...i did think R was going to win but i was happy for Leon!

Dont worry about Rhydian, his talent wont go to waste he has had so much publicity ppl will be offering him contracts left right and centre!

well having Kylie singing with him may have bumped up his votes, and if that's the case they should scrap the next X factor, that show is about the contestants, not the already famous....Rhydian should have won...i am glad i never saw it last night, i would have made me feel worse...had a bad night at work...

We have all been stitched up good and proper as well as poor Rhydian! I must have voted for him about 80 times!

BRING BACK RHYDIAN!!!!!

Rhydian is extremely talented there is no doubt about that, but his type of talent is not, in my opinion suited to the pop charts. He will without any doubt end up with a career from this in the west end or somewhere similar and will probably also have a chart hit or two. Leon has transformed as they said last night from a shy young boy to a confident and talented young man.
To see this change in someone so young was amazing and I wish him well for the future, I also wish well to Same Difference that girl has so much energy, fun and life in her she definitely should end up on TV somewhere.

i think it was obvious rydian was going to get a career out of it anyway-so im sure hes not at all miffed-whereas if leon hadnt have won i dont think hed have a future

I felt the odds were stacked against him all the way through.
In the first round, the other two acts got to sing happy, sing-along Christmas songs whilst Rhydian got "O Holy Night".
In the duets, the other two acts sang with famous pop stars whilst Rhydian got to sing with Kathryn Jenkins - wonderful voice and well suited to his voice, but nowhere near as famous as Kylie or Jason.
I just feel that manyof the voters will have been swayed by knowing the songs/partners of Same Difference and Leon, whilst Rhydian's were more obscure.
I hope he goes on to have a great career though, he was certainly the best voice of the whole competition.
I voted for him, and I got through first time.

leon will be a one hit wonder whereas Rhyd pure class and talent will ensure he if aroud for a long time and produce million selling albums!!

To be fair and I am a Rhydian fan he did pull it out of the bag at last minute however the real star Rhydian will be around for a very long time to come.
Last night reminded me of Garath and Will night and I wanted Will to win but they made it like a Garath win was in bag. Afterwards everyone was gutted and think this is what has happened to be honest.
I would imagine voting was almost neck and neck the final song did it and come on it is not the best x factor winning song may not go to number one you know.

For the first time since x factor began, this series was certainly NOT a fix. It was fixed up until the general public were allowed to vote as you could see right from word go that it was the judges who were given the choice. They had concocted 2 groups and tried their damndest to keep them in at all costs. They got guzumped when the guys and girls went head to head in the sing off. One of them had to go then as the judges had no one else to put out. Even when it looked like Hope were about to go out, Sharron Osborne decided she didn`t want to vote them out and made it a tie with her casting vote. Whenever it became a public vote, the people decided that they didn`t want a manufactured band and got shot of Hope right away. Simon`s face was a picture.. Given that STV could not be seen to fix anything associated with the phone votes, there was absolutely no chance of a fix this time. In my opinion the best person won as I think Leon was the most improved singer and there is no doubt he has a unique voice. We don`t really have another singer who does his swing type jazz songs and I do think this lad will be a huge success. As for Rydian, he has a fantastic voice and sang consistently good. He will be around in theatre for years to come but a so called pop star...?? I dont think so.... Leon deserved his win and it wasn`t bad luck for Rydian... It was just that the people liked Leon better...

I was so shocked, I thought Same Difference had a better chance of winning than Leon. He shouldn't have even made it into the final.

LEON WON FAIR AND SQUARE! HE DESERVED IT! RHYDIAN WASNT CHEATED OFF OR HE DIDNT HAVE BAD LUCK. PEOPLE PREFER LEON AND HE WON
