hehe not really lol... i didn't like rhydian much, it wasn't my style but I really thought he would win... I really liked Same Difference but i was really shocked when leon won... I really didn't think he would have won.

Thank goodness Rydian lost I cant stand him Im not saying his got a bad voice but his a freak of nature I voted for Leon and if he doesnt make it big who cares he wasnt my fav either but anything is better than Rydian and having to put up with seeing him on Tv or in the shops Sorry but thats my opinion! :)

I'm over the shock, I was surprised but not REALLY surprised. I'm a Leon fan btw, but Rhydian was very talented too. He will obviously get a contract anyway, but I do feel bad for him after being the favourite for so long. Both guys seemed genuinely nice, especially after watching all the behind the scenes stuff (Yes I watched it all, Lol)

I reckon Leon will be about as successful as Shayne Ward - he won't disapear like Steve-what's-his-face - he'll have his success and it'll last a while. It seems like it was his time to have something exciting in his life and I hope he has a good time of it!

Hurrah!! Leon is easily visibly more acceptable & for that alone is the better choice of the two by far. Sorry but Rydians voice is ok but no big deal, its not really outstanding & unique - there are loads equally as good as him & he looks asolutely crap!!

ridders gave it away when he sang with the opera singer it showed how weak his voice really is!!! that's got nothing to do with leon, leon gave a good show and sang his socks off, he sang the last song much better than ridders,ridders has no bend in his voice he sings like he's in a striaght jacket. i'm glad he never won it wasn't to many weeks ago you all hated him now you love him how can that be ?????and leon will be a star just give him a chance like you gave ridders

I am like you Bex shocked but in the end after much thought my husband is right.
He said they wanted Leon to win as they will be able to do more with him however Rhydian has far better to come and Simon may well have already struck a deal with Andrew Lloyd Webber. He was there last night and he spoke to Rhydian as he said in after show.
Think of this Bex can you honestly see THAT single being a christmas number one? It does not matter who sings it the thng is crap and if it goes as number one then record will be worst number one. I would not what our Rhydian tagged with that.
Leon will be ok for a while but it is Rhydian that will be world class yourtube he has a huge national following already.

Last night I had to go into another room as I knew in my heart Leon had won it and did not want to see the result how bloody sad is that.

Leon CAN NOT sing! No he can't.........he's very flat and out of time and his performances are flaky. He sings like he's depressed and is just putting on an act. He seems miserable and unhappy, can't speak properly and doesn't carry himself well at all. He looks like he's worn down by a fkn miserable life in some horrible Scottish tenement or something.....am I the only one who's noticed this?

And all the crying 'n' stuff......not good at all.

And his style of singing is so strange....old-fashioned and not even 'pop'. I suppose all the young girls voted for him because he's 'cute' and they wanna sh@g him, but they can't judge because they're just a bunch of teeny bob sheep who vote for whoever their friend votes for!!!!!!!!

People trash Rhydian because he has an operatic voice, but that's far better than some Frank Sinatra desperate wannabee who's off key all the time!!!!!! It's like something your alcoholic mother in law would listen to whilst swigging on the vodka! Eeeewwww!!!!!!!! Not nice!
