Does New York poorly represent black women?

Some women on a message board were commenting that Tiffany aka New York is a cross to bear for black women everywhere and that she reflects poorly on black females. What do you think?

Not a trick question...I'm not black so I don't really have much of an opinion, nor do I judge, but I was curious to see what others sharing her ethnicity thought.

She is a poor example of womanhood, period. And her mother isn't much better. Both are insulting, loud, obnoxious, dress like street walkers, and think they are better than everyone else. Look at the way they talked to Mr. Wise' mother. And New York is one of the most materialistic people I've ever seen. She's not looking for someone to love. I don't think she knows what love is. Yes I agree. She is African American but that is it. I don't act like she does and I don't agree with the way they have her portray her self as a boob showing bimbo.

New York poorly misrepresents anyone female or claiming to be female. It defies logic and spits in the face of reason constantly. New York never really thinks, just acts on selfish driven whims, so it cannot be claimed by a fellow logical thinking female like myself.
