So do you think the judges knew who the winner was.... ?x factor?

...before leon and rhydian sang their last song ? i've read a few questions which seem to imply they knew what do you think ? did they ?

soks you are bang on as usual i could see simon , he looked sort of concerned almost gutted his eyes gave it away , i will have to watch the repeat again later tonight lol x

even the comments they gave at the end of their last performance, they were really happy with Leon and kinda sympathetic towards Rhydian, you could tell by the tone of their voices!!

of course they did its a television programe they make money out of us all

I would think they'd get updates on the number of calls for each contestant and then if one was way ahead they'd know for sure

I knew who they would pick from all those who got through the first round..

I'm not saying Leon was the best.... far from it, just that he is the "type" that they will make the most money from..

I would love to see a completely independent report on the phone voting...even though we probably never will.. and that's a rip off as well...

I was thinking that when I watched it again today, I could tell by there responces to rhidianas last preformance

'Snowflake' It stood out a mile. Of course they knew who the winner was of X Factor 2007, It surely was not Rhydian who I thought would of won it by miles. It was a fix.

They definitely knew who the winner was. I was suspicious after Saturday night so watched again and you can tell by their comments BEFORE the result was announced that they knew Rhydian had not won

yer they cant count that many votes in 10 minutes .the pregnant pause gave it away.

they probably had a good idea how the voting was going and we were voting for Leon -simple as !
There is no possibility that the votes could have been rigged, surely !!

Bex...as you know I didnt watch the final....but I think it was fixed from the beginning....and I hope Rhydian proves them all wrong.....I am sooooo angry at Leon winning...Grrrrrrrrrrrrr

Maybe they did know prior to the public but I don't think for a second that the show is rigged. If it was why on earth would those 3 acts have even made it to the final? They're not exactly the sort of acts that are gaurunteed to make money for the 'mentors' are they? They could have rigged a better batch if it is fixed.

Maybe when Dermot told us there was only 1% between Leon and Rhydian - a lot of ppl picked up the phone and voted for Leon.
Simon also said - he felt the studio audience were for Leon - and took that to indicate the publics mood too.
Sharon also said Leon was the dark horse in the competition - why would anyone fix the votes in favour of Leon over Rhydian - doesn't make sense to me....

Well when Same Difference were voted out, Simon looked sad but happy, you knew he was looking at Rhydian and seeing a giant 拢, however when Rhydian sang his last song, Simons comments were strange, especially after the continuous praise he's heaped on Rhydian the whole series, however if Simon was the one who picked the winner, then why did he pick Leon??? He would have defo made more money with Rhydian, this was written all over his face when Leons name was called out as well, so at the end of the day, to answer your question, f*ck knows! PMSL

It can't be rigged can it? but does make you feel like that when Rydian hasn't won he's not just good Bex he is fantastic.

Yes definitely, I thought so especially after Simon made that name slip. It made good telly Wales, Scotland and England competing like that, just imagine the twist amused Simon

And why? well because Leon is young and pliable and cant sing just like Leona last year BUT see what she's turned out like since. He cant sing and has about as much personality as a poached egg

Leon's version of the last song was abysmal, a dirge

Rhydian is brilliant, he should have won hands down but in the long run will succeed far over and above Leon

I think they would have had an update on how the voting was going Bex but I can't see that they would choose Leon over Rhydian because they know Leon has not got what it takes and he will disappear before long whereas with Rhydian they are on to a winner because he is going to be around for a very long time. It is very easy to imagine things that are not there when having post mortems about events. xx

According to papers today Leon cant wait to party so my guess crash and burn like Garath. Also Simon is going to take him away like Leona to practice and get his voice right and come up with new album later in year!!!
Rhydian has been speaking to Webber and talks of follow up phantom for him also Simon DESPERATE to sign him and would let him do phantom if needs be just make sure he signs to sony lol
