Why was Matt Roloff from TLC network arrested for DUI?

I saw the ad for the finale of Little People, Big World and this confused me. Can anyone explain?

Thank you For What Its Worth! Of course I realize that a DUI is for driving under the influence, I was just shocked because it doesn't seem from the show like he has a problem like that.

Back in July he got a DUI since he drove under the influence.

Im not sure what your question is.. Yes he did get arrested for DUI, you asked why-- well because he was driving drunk or under the influence of something illegal, lol.. I dont think this had any bearing on the show either.. I dont know if your aware but they tape the show before airing any of the episodes.. so the show and the finale was probably taped a long time before his DUI occured.

I saw the ad too and was very intrigued....Not sure what the issue was but I am looking forward to the episode.
