What Was 2007 best rock album ? |
Rock can vary from bands like the enemy to machine head Led Zeppelin - Mothership Maylene and the Sons of Disaster-II For me it was probably Chiodos- Bone Palace Ballet. Neal Morse "Sola Scriptura"...for all you Martin Luther fans out there! I'm strongly leaning to Type O Negative - Dead Again. These guys never disappoint me with a letdown in terms of quality unlike several famous bands from this year. So many strong tracks on it like Dead Again, Profit Of Doom, Halloween In Heaven, and She Burned Me Down. This particular album reminds me a lot of their earlier material. I really loved the albums by Bloc Party, The Enemy and Biffy Clyro Louder Now, by Taking Back Sunday. United Abominations, by Megadeth I would have to say Because Of The Times by Kings Of Leon because the songs are all different- they sort of mix genres like rock and country, they sing about strange things like cars and drunk girls, yet make it sound amazing, he has a wonderful voice, so unique. And of course, Caleb's voice is the perfect pitch to sing along to. Wasn't aware of any. Magic by Bruce Springsteen I'd say Shadows Fall "Threads Of Life" they just know how to do it,they're so talented in their vocals, guitars and drumming and they have really good song structure all around, they really blend thrash, rock, and new american metal so well and yet stay unique somehow and you know one of their songs when you hear it,they're just good what else can I say but the new Megadeth is their best stuff since Rust In Peace they really went back to the well with this one and I think it's great to know that Megadeth is back grinding that axe cuz what is Metal and Rock without Mustaine Stadium Arcadium by Red Hot Chili Peppers...best album they have released, and contained tons of songs, and I loved all of them. |
