Who's right, me or my older brother?

I think the girl from this video is really pretty but my brother thinks she is ugly because she has short hair and he said that makes her llok like a boy. I still think she's real pretty, what do you think? (BTW she is in the video and has short hair and they keep showing her dancing and she has a leather jacket)
